This tool is designed for removing finger rings, but is equally useful for removing bird bands. It features a serrated cutting wheel to safely and atraumatically remove problematic bands. Not for use with stainless or incoloy bands, but works very well on aluminum. Stainless construction, 6.5 inches long.
